Pros and cons of SoundCue Lite app for iPhone and iPad

SoundCue Lite app good for

Good app for having usefull mp3 on hand. Unfortunately you can t set up dtart and stop cue on music, so you have all the mp3 ... Feature request ;)

I installed SoundCue Lite on my iphone yesterday and it is incredible - I plan to purchase an ipad for our group this year, and will definitely be adding the full SoundCue APP to it. I also own and operate (Summit Sound Inc.) a recording studio that does album work for clients, where we typically provide studio musicians and create music tracks that our customers use for their live performances; so I will be recommending SoundCue to ALL of these customers. I actually emailed several studio clients yesterday after I added SoundCue Lite to my iphone. Thanks again for a very well thought-out and incredibly useful APP - and especially for your excellent personalized support and replies to all my emails! 5 out of 5 Stars for sure - the best solution I have seen for cueing live tracks or sound effects - HIGHLY recommended!

Some bad moments

This app is EXACTLY what I have needed! I have been searching for a backtrack playback app for years with no luck, I am so glad I found this one. One comment for developers would be to create a "setlist" feature that would allow you to have multiple saved set lists that you can recall during your gig.

EVERYTHING from iTunes comes up as DRM-protected, even the tracks Ive created myself in GarageBand. Why? The same track, imported via file sharing, works fine, so I have to import all my backing tracks again. Very inconvenient. How do I fix it?

This software is great! Just what I needed to add a bit of tech to my DJ work! If I could only afford the full version, Id be set for life... Good stuff!

I cant believe I have never seen this before. Excellent little program to have in your pocket, especially if youre a live sound technician.

This is a perfect app for executing tracks live at the touch of a button. I prefer Livetrax Pro because it uses the music from your iTunes playlists that are already on your device, where as this one requires you upload the songs to the app. So if they are songs you already have on your iTunes, then you are loading them twice and taking up more storage. Other than that this app is awesome, Perfect for those needing something to stream backing tracks for songs, lets you fade out or go Right from one song to another without having to stop the first song.

Would love to see iPhone 5 support, but besides that, works great. Very cool app and extremely useful for live assist tracks. My only suggestion would be an option to space the buttons out a bit wider to prevent accidentally hitting the wrong cue. Just a suggestion.
